"Fantastic counselling service. Really understood me and my challenges, and offered unbiased & really helpful coping strategies. I regularly come to Natalie for more help and support as and when I feel like I'm struggling and I always feel so much better afterwards. She makes me feel like I'm not alone, and that there are healthier ways to combat my anxiety and negative thoughts relating to my relationships and my ADHD symptoms. Thank you so much 🥰"

Natalie, A Therapist Who Transforms Lives Through Creativity, Compassion and Expertise
At Next Chapter, we are incredibly proud to work alongside a team of skilled, experienced, and passionate professionals who embody our values of integrity, innovation, and truly meeting people where they are. Among them is Natalie, whose work continues to inspire us, and change lives.
We’ve known Natalie for over 15 years and were delighted to have welcomed her as an Associate from Concept CBT Counselling a few years ago. Right from the start, her passion for offering accessible, meaningful therapy stood out. Natalie instinctively knew that traditional talk therapies don't work for everyone and instead of trying to force people into a one-size-fits-all approach, she created space for something different.
Natalie's approach is creative, integrative, and deeply human. Whether through games, art, crafts, or sand tray work, she removes the pressure to 'talk it out' and instead opens up opportunities for expression in ways that feel natural, safe, and engaging, particularly for children and adults who may struggle to articulate their experiences through words alone. Games, play, art, craft, activities and sand tray work has proven to be a powerful tool under her guidance, offering clients a different route to healing, insight and growth.
With a rich background from her previous role in the ADHD Foundation, Natalie brings a unique depth of understanding, skill and insight into neurodiversity. Her knowledge allows her to explore people's narratives and self-perceptions in a way that promotes real development, using practical strategies and therapeutic tools tailored to each individual. She supports clients not only as a therapist, but also as a coach and educator, running workshops and courses for children and parents that increase confidence, knowledge and connection.
Thanks to funding from the Liverpool One Foundation, Natalie has been instrumental in delivering subsidised counselling sessions to young people who might otherwise not meet service thresholds or who have previously found therapy inaccessible or ineffective. The impact has been nothing short of magical. Feedback over the past 24 months has been overwhelmingly positive, with clients and families sharing the powerful changes they’ve experienced through working with her.
Natalie’s work is more than therapy.... it’s transformation. For those who’ve felt misunderstood, unheard, or stuck in therapeutic cycles that didn’t lead to change, Natalie offers a new path. One built on connection, trust, creativity and compassion.
She also works seamlessly within our multi-disciplinary team to provide wraparound, bespoke support, often integrating multiple services within Next Chapter to ensure each client’s needs are met holistically. This collaborative approach enhances every element of therapy and helps people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
We’re also thrilled that Natalie continues to grow her practice with us, offering private clinic sessions to complement her work within our centre and truly making it accessible for all.
Her ongoing commitment to developing her service ensures more people can benefit from her specialist support, especially in the area of neurodiversity.
From the moment we met Natalie, we knew she was someone we wanted in our team.... who brought more than qualifications and experience (though she has those in abundance). She brought warmth, creativity, fun, and a deep respect for the people she supports.
To all the clients who’ve worked with Natalie, thank you. Thank you for trusting her, for engaging with her unique and powerful approach, and for being brave enough to walk a different path with us at Next Chapter.
And to Natalie, we are so proud of you. Your kind heart, your skill, your creativity, and the lasting impact you make in the lives of so many. You embody everything we believe therapy should be.
Here’s to the continued growth of your incredible work and the many more lives you’ll help transform.
